Quiet location and friendly host made my stay easier.

My experience at Fairways Guest House wasn't great. The shower was incredibly weak, making it frustrating to get clean. the carpets in the bathroom were concerning. they felt very outdated and I couldn't shake the worry about hygiene. The general smell in the hallways from food cooking was quite unpleasant, which certainly detracted from my stay.

The hosts were incredibly accommodating, providing a fridge for my gluten intolerance and ensuring I had fruit on arrival.

The shower pressure could use a boost, which made for a less enjoyable experience while getting ready.
